6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 c. biscuit baking mix
2 c. milk
1 t. oregano
1 t. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 13”x9” baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 10.
