1 c. long-cooking rice, uncooked
2 c. water
12-oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 t. salt
Garnish: cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight. Garnish with cinnamon. Serves 2 to 4.
