2-14-1/2 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. canned diced green chiles, or to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
juice of 1/2 lime
1 t. garlic, minced
3 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 t. chili powder
1 t. salt
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse on low to desired consistency. Serves 14 to 16.
