2 1-lb. pkgs. mini cocktail wieners
2 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. beer
Optional: hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 30 minutes to one hour, until hot. Serves 18 to 20.
