Tilapia with Dill Sauce

1 lb. tilapia fillets
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 T. Cajun seasoning
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 t. lemon juice
2 T. fresh dill, chopped


Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt, pepper and seasoning. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange 2 lemon slices over each fillet. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Blend remaining ingredients in a small bowl; serve with baked fish. Serves 4.
