2 to 3-lb. boneless pork sirloin roast
32-oz. jar sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. caraway seed
1 Red or Golden Delicious apple, cored, peeled and quartered
Place pork roast in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix together sauerkraut, brown sugar and caraway seed. Pour sauerkraut mixture over pork roast. Place quartered apples on top. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 4 to
6 servings.
