1-1/2 c. sugar
1 t bakin gsoda
1/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. nutmeg
1-2/3 c. all-purpose flour
Whisk together ingredients to thoroughly blend; spoon into plastic zipping bags. Include a copy of these directions with the mix: To prepare, blend mix with 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 cup water, one cup canned pumpkin and two beaten eggs. Spread in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Makes 6 servings.
