2 eggs
2-1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted ad slightly cooled
1 t. vanilla extract
2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1-1/2 T. sugar
4 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
In a large bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer on low speed. Beat in milk, butter and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to egg mixture; beat until smooth. Add batter to a heated greased waffle iron by rounded 1/4 cupfuls. Cook until golden, according to manufacturer's directions. makes 10 to 12 waffles.
