4 qts. water, divided 3 4-inch cinnamon sticks 30 whole cloves 15-oz. can jellied cranberry sauce 12-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 c. sugar 6 T. lemon juice
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups water, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Bring to a boil; boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce, orange juice, sugar and lemon juice. Strain boiling spice liquid into cranberry sauce mixture; discard spices. Add remaining water. Heat through over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Makes about 5 quarts. | |
