8-oz. pkg. spaghetti, uncooked 6 T. butter, melted and divided 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 t. Italian seasoning 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. evaporated milk 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed or shredded 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe glass casserole dish, combine 1/4 cup melted butter, flour, seasonings, broth and milk. Mix well. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high setting for 8 to 9 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti, chicken and Parmesan cheese; stir together. Cover and microwave on medium-high setting for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Toss together bread crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle over top. Microwave, uncovered, 2 minutes more.
