6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. dry mustard
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 c. biscuit baking mix
2 c. milk
1 t. oregano
Mix and pour into a 13"x9" casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves approximately 10.
