Breakfast Soufflé

9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1-1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
3 slices white bread, cubed
1-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 lbs. favorite ground pork sausage, browned and drained


In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings. Fold in bread, cheese and browned sausage. Transfer mixture to a greased 3-quart casserole dish; cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until heated through. Serves 8.
