8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped pecans
round buttery crackers
Mix together all ingredients except pecans and crackers; blend well. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers. Serves 10.
