3 c. wide egg noodles, uncooked
10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. jarred Alfredo sauce
6-oz. can boneless, skinless pink
salmon, drained and flaked
1/8 t. pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli to pan for
the last 4 to 5 minutes of cooktime. Drain; return noodle mixture to pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 4 to 6 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
