1 banana, cut into chunks
8-oz. container plain or vanilla yogurt
3/4 c. coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. ice, if desired
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process for about 30 to 45 seconds, until completely smooth. Makes 1 serving.
