1/2 c. butter
5-oz. jar sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
1-1/2 t. mayonnaise
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. seasoned salt
7-oz. can crab, drained
6 English muffins, split
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except muffins; blend well. Spread mixture on cut sides of muffin halves. Arrange on baking sheets; freeze until solid. Remove from freezer; cut each muffin half into 6 to 8 wedges. Place wedges in a plastic freezer bag; return to freezer. To serve, arrange frozen appetizers on a baking sheet. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve hot. Makes 2
