12 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: paprika
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in a small mixing bowl. Mix Thousand Island dressing with egg yolks; salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into egg halves. Sprinkle top of eggs with paprika. Makes 24 eggs.
