Enjoy this recipe from Best Instant Pot® Cookbook.

Submitted by: Linda Peterson from Mason, MI

5 cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 t. cinnamon
1⁄2 t. nutmeg
1⁄2 c. water
1 T. maple syrup
1⁄4 c. butter, melted
3⁄4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1⁄4 c. all-purpose flour
1⁄4 c. brown sugar, packed
1⁄2 t. salt
Optional: vanilla ice cream

Add apples to electric pressure cooker; sprinkle with spices. Drizzle with water and maple syrup; toss to mix and set aside. In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients except ice cream. Drop mixture over apples by spoonfuls. Secure lid and set pressure release to Sealing. Choose Manual/Pressure and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. After cooking time is up, use the Natural Release method to release pressure; let stand for several minutes and then carefully open lid. Sauce will thicken. Serve warm, topped with ice cream, if desired. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
