1-1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs, finely ground 2 eggs, beaten 2 T. sugar 1/8 t. salt 1/2 t. vanilla extract 8 marshmallows, quartered
In a large bowl, pour milk over cracker crumbs; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla; stir into milk mixture. Stir in marshmallows and pour into 4 ungreased custard cups. Set cups in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings. | |
