Bread Bowl Dip

1 loaf round sourdough bread
2 c. mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated


Cut a circle out of the top of the sourdough bread. Scoop out the inside, tearing into bite-sized pieces; reserve for dipping. In a medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; scoop into hollowed bread bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8 to 10.
