6 bone-in pork chops
6 to 8 c. cabbage, shredded
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. mustard
1/2 t. celery powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. chili powder
Arrange pork chops in a greased 13"x9" baking pan; cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 475 degrees for 30 minutes; remove pork chops to a plate. Spread cabbage in the bottom of pan; arrange chops over cabbage. Top chops with onion slices. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; spread over pork chops and cabbage. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
