15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
14-3/4 oz. can creamed corn
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 T. green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 T. butter, diced
Combine first 3 ingredients; stir in egg. Add remaining ingredients except bacon and butter; pour into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart
casserole dish. Sprinkle with bacon; dot with butter. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
