2 T. oil 1 onion, finely chopped 4-oz. can chopped green chiles 2 t. garlic powder 2 t. salt 2 t. cumin 2 t. dried oregano 2 t. coriander 1/2 t. cayenne pepper 2 15.8-oz. cans Great Northern beans, undrained 2 10-1/2 oz. cans chicken broth 2 5-oz. cans chicken, drained
In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; heat until
golden. Add green chiles, garlic powder, salt, cumin, oregano, coriander
and cayenne pepper; stir until well blended. Add remaining ingredients;
bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or
until heated through. Makes 8 to 10 servings. | |
