Club Sandwich Dip

Enjoy this recipe from Weeknight Slow Cooker - 35th Anniversary Cracker Barrel Exclusive.

1 lb. deli turkey, chopped
1/2 lb. deli ham, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss or American cheese, chopped
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
2 t. Dijon mustard
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
toast points and assorted cut veggies


In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine turkey, ham, cheeses, mayonnaise and mustard. Cover and cook on high setting for one to 2 hours, until cheeses are melted, stirring after one hour. Before serving, stir in half of the bacon; garnish with remaining bacon and tomatoes. Serve warm with toast points and veggies. Serves 20.
