6 to 8 slices cooked ham, divided
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced and divided
2 onions, thinly sliced and divided
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
paprika to taste
In a slow cooker, layer half each of ham, potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat layering. Spoon soup over top; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 4 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
