1 c. butter, softened 2-1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 2 t. vanilla extract 2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 t. baking soda 1 t. salt 1/2 c. white chocolate chips 1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chunks 4 1.4-oz. toffee candy bars, crushed Optional: 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, candy bar pieces and nuts, if using. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Makes 2 dozen. | |
