18-oz. bottle barbecue sauce, divided
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 t. garlic salt
pepper to taste
20-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained and divided
Cover the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker with a thin layer of sauce; add 2 chicken breasts. Sprinkle with seasonings; top with half of pineapple. Repeat layers; add remaining sauce. Cover and cook on high setting for 5 hours; turn to low setting and cook for 3 hours. Makes 4 servings.
