2-1/2 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 sweet onion, diced
4-oz. can diced jalapeƱo peppers
1/2 c. Catalina salad dressing
2 T. green onion, diced
2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
hot pepper sauce to taste
tortilla chips or French onion-flavored potato chips
Combine all ingredients except chips in a blender. Process to desired consistency. Pour into a covered container; refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or potato chips. Makes 8 servings.
