2 T. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
Garnish: whipped topping
Place butter in a 9" glass pie plate; place in 200 degree oven until butter is melted. In a medium bowl, beat flour, milk and eggs until
well blended. Pour mixture over melted butter; do not stir. Drop
chocolate chips evenly over flour mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for
20 to 25 minutes or until edges of pancake are puffed and a deep golden brown. In a small bowl, sprinkle sugar on strawberries and spoon into center of pancake; cut into wedges. Serve with whipped topping. Makes 6 servings.
