8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T. apple jelly
1/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/4 c. dried tart cherries, chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
wheat crackers or fresh fruit
Place cream cheese on a sheet of plastic wrap; top with a second sheet of plastic wrap. Use a rolling pin to roll cheese into an 8-inch by 6-inch rectangle, about 1/2-inch thick. Remove top sheet of plastic wrap and discard. Spread jelly over cheese; sprinkle with dried fruits. Gently roll
into a log, jelly-roll style. Roll log in chopped walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until ready to serve. Place log on a serving plate; serve with wheat crackers and fresh fruit. Serves 8 to 10.
