12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 8 2-oz. squares white melting chocolate, divided 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 c. crispy rice cereal 6-oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved 16-oz. pkg. candy-coated chocolate peanuts 1 t. oil
Combine chocolate chips and 7 squares white chocolate in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high setting for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave an additional one to 2 minutes, until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in marshmallows and cereal. Spoon onto a greased 12" pizza pan. Top with cherries and peanuts, pressing gently. Microwave remaining white chocolate with oil for one minute; stir. Microwave for 30 seconds to one minute, until smooth, stirring every 15 seconds. Drizzle over pizza; chill until firm. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing into wedges. Makes 10 to 12 servings. | |
