4 slices brioche bread 1 T. mayonnaise 1 T. fresh basil, chopped 4 slices fresh tomato 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Garnish: pea sprouts, pepper
Toast bread and place on baking sheet. Mix together mayonnaise and basil; spread on the toast. Place one tomato slice on each piece of bread and sprinkle with cheese. Broil in oven for about one minute or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sprouts and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
