16 oz pkg fettuccini pasta
1/2 c. butter, sliced
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
13-oz. can chicken breast, drained and flaked
salt & pepper to taste
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. When butter is almost melted, add cream cheese; mix well. Add milk, Parmesan cheese and chicken. Stir with a whisk until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta, sprinkled with additional grated cheese. Makes 6 servings.
