Easy Burrito Casserole

2 c. refried black beans
8 frozen burritos, completely thawed
10-1/2 oz. can red enchilada sauce
15-oz. can chili
8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Spread beans in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange thawed burritos on top of beans. In a bowl, mix enchilada sauce and chili together. Spoon sauce mixture over burritos; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and burritos are cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
