1/2 c. old-fashioned or rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 c. blackberries
1 T. chopped walnuts
Optional: 1 t. chia seed
1 T. honey
Spoon oats into a wide-mouthed canning jar; pour in milk. Layer yogurt and blackberries in jar. Top with walnuts and chia seed, if using; drizzle with honey. Cover jar with lid; refrigerate overnight before serving. Makes one serving.
