Bacon-Wrapped Smokies

1 lb. bacon
14 oz. pkg. mini smoked sausages
1 c. brown sugar


Cut bacon in half. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon; fasten with a wooden toothpick. Arrange sausages on aluminum foil lined baking sheets. Sprinkle brown sugar generously over sausages. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, until bubbly and bacon is crisp. Serves 16.
