1 c. ground breakfast sausage,
browned and drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. dried oregano
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
9-inch deep-dish pie crust
Mix together first 10 ingredients; spread into crust. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for
15 more minutes. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 8.
