3 15-oz. cans pork & beans, partially drained 14-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce 6 slices bacon, diced, partially cooked and drained 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. maple syrup 1/3 c. catsup 2 T. mustard 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, combine pork & beans, cranberry sauce, bacon and
onion; stir well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine remaining
ingredients; mix well and stir into bean mixture. Transfer to a greased
3-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 2 hours,
or until hot and bubbly. Makes 10 to 12 servings. | |
