2 7-1/4 oz. pkgs. macaroni & cheese mix, uncooked
10-oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1-1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Prepare macaroni & cheese according to package directions. Stir in tomatoes; set aside. Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain and stir in taco seasoning. Stir beef mixture into macaroni mixture. Add seasonings as desired; heat through. Serves 7 to 9.
