4 c. cooked rice
8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. sour cream
4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
