8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t. vanilla extract
18-1/4 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
Garnish: powdered sugar
In a bowl, blend together cream cheese and butter; stir in egg and vanilla. Add dry cake mix and blend well; roll into one-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Place one inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a wire rack. Makes
