Hot Feta-Artichoke Dip

14-oz. can artichokes, drained and chopped
2-oz. jar pimentos, drained and chopped
8-oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
assorted snack crackers or tortilla chips


Mix all ingredients except crackers or chips. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips. Makes about 3 cups.
