1-3/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1-3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter, softened
1/8 t. salt
12-oz. jar apricot preserves
Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, butter and salt. Press half of mixture into a greased 11"x7" sheet pan. Spread preserves over the top and add remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool; cut into squares. Makes one to 1-1/2 dozen.
