1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 2 T. chili powder 2 T. cumin 1 t. dried oregano 1 t. dried basil salt and pepper to taste 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes 15-1/2 oz. can pinto beans, drained 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
Cook turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic in a large stockpot. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes; cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix in beans and Dijon mustard; cook for an additional 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. | |
