2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1-1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. honey
Mix all ingredients together; spoon into a greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pan. Let stand for 20 minutes; bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes one loaf.
