1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. seasoned pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
3 redskin potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, peeled and halved
olive oil and dried parsley to taste
Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder; form into 4 to 6 patties. Place each patty on an 18-inch length of aluminum foil. Divide slices of potato, onion and carrots evenly and place on each patty. Sprinkle with olive oil and parsley to taste. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and arrange on a baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Serves 4 to 6.
