12 c. applesauce
1/4 c. vinegar
10-oz. bag red cinnamon drops
9 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Place ingredients in a pan and cook over medium-high heat until thick. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Stir. Refrigerate in covered jars. Makes about 4 quarts.
