4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 t. kosher salt
1 t. pepper
3 to 4 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. fresh rosemary, minced
2 T. fresh thyme, minced
2 T. fresh parsley, minced
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat
5 to 6 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Remove from grill and brush both sides with mustard; sprinkle with herbs. Serves 4 to 6.
