18-1/4 oz. pkg. angel food cake mix
2/3 c. flaked coconut
14-1/2 oz. can lemon pie filling
Garnish; powdered sugar
In a medium bowl, mix dry cake mix, coconut an dpie pie filling just until blended. Pour into an ungreased jelly-roo pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until center in firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; cut into squares. Makes about 1-1/2 dozen.
