16-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
2 c. Braeburn apples, cored, peeled and chopped
1 c. Bartlett pears, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. raisins
3 T. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. lemon zest
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Combine coleslaw mix, apples, pears, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
